The online Basic Clinical Observations course aims to help care workers increase their skills and knowledge by teaching them how to spot normal and abnormal clinical observations/vital signs, perform a range of clinical observations including temperature, blood pressure and respiration rate, and how to accurately document and report the findings. On successful completion, learners will be able to download, save or print their CPD accredited Basic Observations certificate. This can be used to provide evidence for compliance and audit.

The aim of this Basic Clinical Observations Training Course is to greater increase your knowledge of how to care for patients and the importance of vital signs and observations.
